These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of interior design services by Bright Leaf Design Studio (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “[Company]”) to you, the client (“you,” “your,” or “client”). By engaging our services, you agree to abide by these Terms.

2. Services Provided

We offer interior design and decorating services, which may include but are not limited to:

  • Initial consultations and needs assessments.
  • Space planning and layout design.
  • Selection of furnishings, materials, colors, and accessories.
  • Project management and coordination with contractors and suppliers.

3. Client Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information regarding your project requirements, preferences, and budget.
  • Make timely payments for our services, as outlined in the project agreement.
  • Cooperate with us, respond promptly to inquiries, and make decisions in a timely manner.
  • Notify us of any changes or modifications to the project.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms, including fees, payment schedule, and invoicing, will be outlined in the project agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in project delays or termination of services.

5. Changes to Project Scope

Any changes to the project scope or specifications must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Additional fees may apply for scope changes.

6. Project Timelines

We will provide estimated project timelines in the project agreement. While we make every effort to adhere to these timelines, they are subject to change due to factors beyond our control, such as supplier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Ownership of Design Concepts

Design concepts, drawings, plans, and other creative work developed by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our designs without our explicit permission.

8. Confidentiality

We will keep your project details and personal information confidential. We may share project-related information with contractors and suppliers as necessary for project execution.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the project by providing written notice. In the event of termination, you will be responsible for payment for services rendered up to the termination date.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services. We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or delays caused by third parties or circumstances beyond our control.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of disputes, both parties agree to attempt to resolve them amicably through negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be subject to arbitration in accordance with India laws.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, and any changes will be communicated to you in writing.
